Gateway Management Company currently manages over 14,000 multifamily housing units across 7 states in the Southeastern United States. In 2009, Gateway made the strategic decision to leverage the scale of its owned portfolio by dedicating a significant investment in its infrastructure, through its personnel, software and administrative functions. By doing this, Gateway affirmed a long-term commitment to its portfolio, while enabling GMC to offer those very unique, valuable resources to its third-party clients.
